Steve Wynn, an American Casino owner has bought 4 Chinese vases worth 12,8 million dollars. He bought the vases on a London auction house. The Vases are from the 18th century and are ment to decorate the the Wynn Casino on Macau.
The vases are 1,2 meters tall and are painted with Buddhist and Taoist emblems. Also alot of metals from the 19th century are imbedded in the vases. The Vases were among the biggest sellers of the weekend in London. The value of the vases was estimated on a max of 1 million english pounds.
The Wynn resorts Macau Ltd. has announced that the vases are for the Cotai Resort Hotel. This hotel will be opened in 2015 in Macau. The Vice President Roger Thomas was proud that the Wynn resort has bought these vases and they will get a very good place in the Casino. In 2015 we will see the Vases presented in the Casino.
