Canadian Poker players are in for a real treat, thanks to an announcement made by HeadsUp Entertainment International regarding the launch of the SIGA Poker Championship in October.
The major event poker championships will be held at the Dakota Dunes Casino outside of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
This is the first time that Heads Up International, which operates the Canadian Poker Tour, the Canadian Poker Player Magazine and the Canadian Poker Player Television Network, is partnering with the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA).
The President for the Canadian Poker Tour, Dan Forigo, said: “We are extremely pleased to be working with SIGA. We look forward to building a long and profitable relationship with them and are confident that the events we are working on in 2012 will continue to grow.”
